By using It’s Giving Pool, you agree to use the service only for lawful pool service operations and to keep your account credentials secure.

You remain responsible for the client, route, job, and service data you enter. We provide the product as operational software and do not guarantee route, weather, traffic, or billing outcomes.

Plans are month-to-month unless a written agreement says otherwise. We may update these terms as the product evolves.
